Information Overload is one of the longest running shows on KALX, so long we're not even sure when it started. Crazy street people on Telegraph Avenue say that the show has been around for at least 15 years. Who knows, they can be right sometimes.

We do know that Information Overload broadcasts adventurous avant-garde and difficult music, constantly pushing the envelope. The show is produced by Mike Burma and has a rotating carnival of hosts including Charley Varrick, Warm Wave of Euphoria, Carnacki, and Mike Burma. Our Executive Producer Emeritus (since May 1988) is Last Will.

The crew from Information Overload also generates a weekly chart of the most regularly played of the difficult music on KALX. The chart listings are available for your perusal on the left, just choose the week of interest.
