i'm gonna take some time right now to give props to one of my favorite people of all time, henry gibson. i had myself a totally unplanned henry gibson weekend and it was fantastic. i watched nashville for the first time ever and spent a good portion of it going "that fuckin' guy, i love that guy." then the 'burbs was on the superstation or something and you know i dropped everything to enjoy that fine piece of work. topped all that shit off with robert altman's genius version of the long goodbye (starring elliott gould who deserves mad love his own self). so, yeah, hats off to the creepiest dude on the silver screen, mr. henry gibson.
