Beginning Friday, September 21st listeners will hear KALX's special 50th on-air programming. DJs will celebrate each ten year span/decade of KALX history (1962-71, 1972-81, etc.) one week at a time, ending with the fundraiser.
In addition, part of the "Throwback" programming includes archived public affairs interviews, music interviews, and live performances all of which will be aired Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at noon respectively.
