Together with Ali Shaheed Muhammad (A Tribe Called Quest) they collaborate to bring us the Jazz is Dead record concept series. Dream team projects with the likes of masters Roy Ayers, Lonnie Liston Smith, Tony Allen, and Brazilian icons such as Marcos Valle, João Donato, Azymuth, and Hyldon as a result.
Younge’s latest release São Paulo, (a favorite in recent KALX airplay) shines even more light on the strong Brazilian musical influence on Adrian.
