Window Wall recently spoke to singer-songwriter, Sierra Spirit, when she toured through the Bay Area. Tune in on Thursday, February 27th at 8:15pm to hear their discussion.
Sierra hails from Tulsa Oklahoma, the home of both her tribes (Otoe-Missouria and Keetoowah Cherokee), and draws from her lived experience and cultural background as part of the Native community.
While she now calls Connecticut home, Spirit’s music dwells with the red dirt of Oklahoma, where she was raised. Sierra recently released her debut EP coin toss – from loss, to love, to transparency about mental health, her songs tell stories of the honest struggles of growing up.
