Gianna Ranuzzi on Women Hold Up Half The Sky

On Saturday, May 30th @ 11AM, Women Hold Up Half The Sky will host an interview with Gianna Ranuzzi, events organizer and producer of the Berkeley World Music Festival & Crafts Fair. The FREE 12th Annual Berkeley World Music Festival returns to Telegraph Avenue Saturday, June 13th from noon to 9PM. This is a community celebration of the Bay Area’s multi-cultural tapestry in song, dance, and craft. Some of the Bay Area’s finest artists will present a dazzling array of continuous music in Telegraph Avenue cafes and shops, and at the People’s Park concert, from 1 to 6PM, amidst a craft’s village and Kid’s Zone. Ranuzzi will speak with us on Saturday aout her experiences, joys, and challenges in organizing this long-running festival honoring diversity and global unity through arts.
