gushes is ceremonial art-prog by Brooklyn-based intermedia performance artist Jennae Santos. They cast tactile mythos through loops, lovesong, and ceremony, converging the theatrics of 1970s prog, the untethered spirit of dance-punk, and Filipino kulintang with Afro-Latin rhythms. Their debut LP, Delicious Collision, a chamber prog odyssey on love and power, is out now on Bandcamp via PTP Collective, streaming via Switch Hit Records, and limited edition vinyl via the artist’s website.
