Tune in on Monday, April 13th at 11am when Dog Gamut speaks with underground hip-hop mainstay and legendary wordsmith, Homeboy Sandman, ahead of his KALX Co-Announce show at Bottom of the Hill in SF on April 14th.
Homeboy Sandman has been racking up critically lauded releases for nearly 2 decades with labels like Stonesthrow Records, Mello Music and most recently Dirty Looks for his highly acclaimed “Rich” album series. Homeboy Sandman has worked with the industry’s most highly notable artists like Aesop Rock, Edan, Deca and Quelle Chris.
This run of shows in the Western US, dubbed the “Outer Child Tour”, pairs him with Iowa’s Coolzey, and perhaps features a live pairing of the two together on Coolzey’s “Live Above the Water”. Supporting the show are SF’s Sha Ray and Wolf Langis.
