On Friday, March 2nd @ 11AM, DJ Home Alone hosts experimental, ambient, jazz duo, Idris Ackamoor and David Molina for a live in-studio performance and interview.
Idris Ackamoor is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, actor, and tap dancer. He is the founder of the internationally celebrated performance company Cultural Odyssey. He is Artistic Director of the legendary world music/jazz ensemble The Pyramids.
David Molina is an award-winning composer, musician, sound artist/designer, recording engineer, and instrument inventor. He has created music and sound design for all the performing arts disciplines, film, multimedia productions, and theater companies nationally and internationally, for the past 23 years.
Ackamoor & Molina perform the piece The Spirit, Breath of Life at The Brava Theater in San Francisco on Saturday, March 3rd.
