Interview with Alfie Templeman

Posted on November 17, 2022

ColourMeBlue_Lillie Eiger

On Friday, November 18th at 4:30 PM  Just Like Other Girls speaks with London-based musician, Alfie Templeman. In the interview, which was conducted ahead of Templeman’s performance at Cornerstone on Wednesday, November 9th, Templeman discusses touring with his best friend, how COVID influenced his music, and more.

At only 19, Alfie Templeman has proven to be a musical force; a multi-instrumentalist, he writes, performs, and produces his own music. He is currently on tour with UK-based artist Thomas Headon. With his funky hooks and memorable lyrics, Templeman lists artists like David Bowie and Steve Lacy as major influences. While paying homage to music past, his music remains refreshing and innovative.
