The Bay Area’s shelter in place ordinance has been extended through May 3rd. Due to the ordinance, the UC Berkeley campus continues to be closed.

Many local radio stations, including ones that program news, are operating with a certain amount of automation during this time. KALX will be operating remotely and with automated programming for the time being. We at KALX want to thank our listeners for continuing to support us by tuning in.
