KIM is an Oakland based trio exploring the sounds of doom and horror. In 2019, Love Lion released KIM’s self-titled cassette, a six song EP on mythology, iconography and monsters like Nero and Freud. Their upcoming album, set to release this summer, is filled with increasingly wild, sprawling and pissed off sounds. From tales of being eaten alive to creatures that seduce, haunt and betray, the band weaves terrifying narratives into sound.
