On Wednesday, March 21st @ 4PM stand-up comedian, actress, fashion designer, and author, Margaret Cho, drops by the KALX studios to speak with DJ Velvet Einstein ahead of her performance at Zellerbach Hall in Berkeley later that same night.
Cal Performances presents the third annual Front Row event, specifically for a UC Berkeley student audience. Presented in association with the Student Curators of Cal Performances, a group of UC Berkeley students mentored by Cal Performances associate director Rob Bailis and staff, Front Row with Margaret Cho and Friends will feature influential and outspoken comedian Cho and fellow Asian-American comedians Ali Wong, Aparna Nancherla and Hari Kondabolu in a program of performance and conversation centered on issues of race, identity and power.
