Posted on March 7, 2019

Isha IE

On the next Method to the Madness, Friday, March 8 @ 12PM, host Vishwanath Bulusu interviews Maya Rizkallah, a full-time volunteer and trained Isha Yoga teacher with Isha Foundation.

Founded by Sadhguru, a world-renowned yogi, mystic, author and speaker, Isha Foundation is an international non-profit, run by 7 million volunteers worldwide. It is dedicated to raising human consciousness and fosters global harmony through individual transformation. Isha offers a variety of programs that provide methods for anyone to attain physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Isha has also initiated several large-scale environmental, social and economic projects aimed at alleviating poverty, supporting rural rejuvenation, promoting education reform, and restoring rivers and farmland.

Maya completed her teachers’ training program in November 2007 and has since been facilitating Inner Engineering programs across India, the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Malaysia and the US. For the past few years, she has dedicated time in the Bay Area and California programs. During the show, Maya will be discussing how Inner Engineering, a technology for wellbeing, is a scientifically structured program that distills ancient methods from yogic science for one to attain a natural state of joy and unwavering calm, clarity and vibrancy.
