Biophysicist Mark DeWitt, PhD, joins Method to the Madness host Lisa Kiefer on Friday, February 26th @ noon! He discusses the use and development as well as the promise of CRISPR-Cas9 technology to cure genetic disease. He is currently working on an exciting project to make a cure for sickle cell disease at the Innovative Genomics Initiative (IGI) Lab at Li Ka Shing Center for Genomic Engineering at UC Berkeley.
