Nina Wise on Method To The Madness

On Friday, August 16th @ noon, Method To The Madness will feature Nina Wise. She will discuss her new project, The Kepler Story, a performance work about 17th Century astronomer Johannes Kepler, one of the major players in launching the Scientific Revolution. Wise – fascinated by Kepler’s story and convinced of its vital relevance to contemporary issues – was inspired to translate it into a theater piece that will be performed in October at the Morrison Planetarium at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco. Cellist Zoe Keating will perform the original music.
