Born of the low roads and the high desert, from the Sangre de Cristos to the San Joaquin Valley, Trans Pecos Department Of Dust And Wire is a group of talented roots, Americana, and country musicians based in the East Bay featuring band leader Marco Baroz. The band has been wowing audiences at their many local gigs and are in the process of recording their first album. Together, we’ll hear tunes that will make us laugh, cry, and will leave us wanting more. After a break, we’ll get to hear from the band members themselves in an interview. We’ll learn about the band, their songwriting, instrumentation, especially the singing saw, and we’ll learn about the real life “Saturday Jesus”. Follow along with the band on Instagram at @transpecosdeptofdustandwire.
