The life of beloved veteran KALX DJ Transister Sistor will be honored and celebrated on the airwaves by her fellow DJs Sex 14s and Curt Reply on Tuesday, September 8th from noon-3PM.
Transister Sistor, known in life as Michelle Castro, has been a cherished KALX programmer since 2008. Her style, flair, and rock ‘n’ roll sensibilities were truly a treat anytime she graced the airwaves, something reflected in her final playlist on KALX. All of us at the station will remember the spirit she brought to the air, the scene, and to all of our lives.
